Frequently Asked Questions
Common signs that your roof may need repair include: Leaks or water stains on your ceiling, missing, damaged, or curled shingles, excessive granule loss from shingles sagging or uneven areas on the roof visible cracks or holes increased energy bills due to poor insulation.
The cost of roof repair varies depending on factors such as the extent of damage, roof material, and your location. Minor repairs may cost a few hundred dollars, while major repairs or replacements can range from a few thousand to several thousand dollars. We offer free inspections and estimates to assess your specific needs.
Whether to repair or replace your roof depends on the severity of the damage and the age of your roof. Generally, if the damage is localized and your roof is relatively new, repairs may suffice. If your roof is nearing the end of its lifespan or has widespread damage, a replacement may be more cost-effective in the long run. Our experts can evaluate your roof and provide guidance on the best course of action.
A repair typically is done in 1-4 hours with some repairs lasting a full day. If it's longer than 1 day, it's usually due to a costing being done.
Common causes are: worn out pipe boots, missing/folded shingles, debris damaging the shingles such as trees or branches. Wind is a big factor.
Yes!
We work with every different type of roofing.
Most of our roof repairs include a 2 year warranty; very very rare in the roofing world.
We can provide reliable references as requested.
Emergency repairs are handled on a case by case basis.
Each repair is handled on a case by case basis. Sometimes it will involve checking attic space as it’s easier to see from underneath. Sometimes we can find the leak without looking in the attic.
We’ve never left any debris at a job site once finished. If we ever do, we’ll come get it within 24 hours. Typically there’s not a ton of debris as most repairs are minor; especially if caught early.
We definitely will communicate and coordinate with your insurance provider!
We do offer maintenance plans that are on a case by case basis. These come in handy for any type of roof as they cover the basic areas that cause issues: boots, nails, flashing, debris removal, gutter clean-outs, roof soft washes, etc.
Limitations are on a case by case basis. If we can’t do it, we’ll point you in the right direction as we work with multiple large roofing companies. But we haven’t turned a job away as of yet.
Safety is our biggest priority since roofing is a dangerous industry in general. Sometimes it’s simple support such as a climbing pole, roof ladder with a hook system, shoes meant to grip, a cushion. And sometimes it requires an extreme OSHA approved system with harnesses, etc.
We can discuss our in-house financing options as needed.
98% of repairs will not affect your daily routine unless you work from home. If you work from home, we can discuss options, but we’ve done repairs for many that work from home and they’ve yet to be bothered.
That is a question we can answer, but it has less to do with the repair and when it was completed. We can provide a full roof inspection as a report to give you an honest roof life report to see how long the whole roof will probably last.
